First time service I took my wife’s Acura MDX in for the first oil change and tire rotation this week. Tina Arendes was my assigned service advisor and boy did I luck ou I took my wife’s Acura MDX in for the first oil change and tire rotation this week. Tina Arendes was my assigned service advisor and boy did I luck out. She was all ready for me when I arrived as all I had to do was sign a paper. As I was waiting in the lobby she came by twice to update me and to see if I needed anything. Already had two hot chocolate chip cookies so I was good, no, great at that point. She then came back with the all done and I had a newly washed and vacuumed car waiting for me. In all, maybe an hour and I was out the door. Could not ask for better service or better people than the ones at Crown Accura and for sure Tina in service. More

Chris was terrific Chris Sanborn was extremely helpful when i brought in my 10yrs young Acura MDX for a check enjine oil light signal. Thankfully all was fine except the Chris Sanborn was extremely helpful when i brought in my 10yrs young Acura MDX for a check enjine oil light signal. Thankfully all was fine except the indicator switch itself. After a full inspection he alerted me to a more pressing issue with the rear brakes that was not even on my radar. This visit involved some major work so he made sure I had a loaner car. He also checks to make sure that I have whatever coupons that might save me some $$. Excellent warranty service I decided to purchase a used Lexus IS350 from Crown Acura. I purchased an extended 24 month 12K mile warranty along with it. I had a few minor issues I decided to purchase a used Lexus IS350 from Crown Acura. I purchased an extended 24 month 12K mile warranty along with it. I had a few minor issues with so I set an appointment up with Logan Lane and dropped it off. Along with the warranty they offered a loaner vehicle. We went over all the issues and they got to it right away and ordered the appropriate parts. I had previously owned a 5 series BMW and when it was taken in for repair work three separate time at a local BMW dealer I was not satisfied with all three. Crown Acura’s service department took care of the Lexus just as if they were a Lexus dealer. The main reason I took it to them is because I was made to feel assured they could take care of any issues the car I bought from them would be taken care of. They proved that they could and took care every issue just as if it was an Acura. If you decide to buy a car from them do not hesitate to not only look into an extended warranty but also take the car to them for repairs if needed. More
