Best Service of any dealer in the area John Shaw is the person to contact to get things done quickly. I was stranded waiting on AAA for 2 hours, had my car towed in to Crown Acura. John John Shaw is the person to contact to get things done quickly. I was stranded waiting on AAA for 2 hours, had my car towed in to Crown Acura. John stayed late to make sure I had a courtesy car and everything was taken care of. We have purchased 3 Acura's from this dealership. The people are great, the the service I receive from John Show is outstanding. More

Crown Acura & Julian Bitar, expiriance Extraordinaire Freak Thunderstorm in St . Pete Week ago left me stranded with Disabled Car. Next Morning started nightmerish effort to tow car to Crown Acura . My f Freak Thunderstorm in St . Pete Week ago left me stranded with Disabled Car. Next Morning started nightmerish effort to tow car to Crown Acura . My first contact was Julian Bitar ( my Insurance did not organize towing for 4 days) and he organized that my car is towed to them within few hours. Than with his calm cool and collected way guided us through inspection of the flooded car, with our Insurance. Which ended to be Totaled. His composure and knowlage exeded our( my wife run through this too) expectations. It is unreal but loosing your Car accidently very stressfull event in our lives, if you are lucky to deal with Organization like Crown Dealership and Customer Rep Like Julian it is much less painfull.
