Had a delayed start due service red dealing with prior customer issues/problems.Had my 2004 MDX in for 157,500 service + a safety recall airbag inflator switch replacement. Service items covered were an o customer issues/problems.Had my 2004 MDX in for 157,500 service + a safety recall airbag inflator switch replacement. Service items covered were an oil change and tire rotation with balancing. Things were completed sooner than expected without any problems or issues. Rep gave me a preliminary total cost which covered everything. He kept me advised of what was going on and estimated time of completion. Nice job More

Something the other Dealership said was impossible to do ! THey replaced my transmission all in a 3 day period which was done with little stress. John was great! made the whole process smooth, kept me updated and went above and beyond and I am Very Satisfied.I will come here for my next Acura and recommend this dealership to all that ask. I always contact Bart when I need work done on my RSX. Great service as always. I took my Acura MDX in for new tires and as always, Bart was prepared for me as soon as I arrived. He advised me of what was going to be done and approx. how long it would take, he even brought a tire into his office to show me exactly what they were putting on. I requested to have my front inside window cleaned as I do a terrible job of it and was leaving for a trip and Bart made sure it was done to perfection. He reminds me of the three waiting areas, warm cookies, my fav, drinks and phone chargers. More

Bart was great. On Friday afternoon I discovered an unusual sound coming from our RDX. We had a 2500 km road trip starting on Sunday.
