I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. Dan managed the process efficiently and all the issues got taken care of on time. He also made sure I had use of a loaner. In addition when I got my car he noticed a problem with a cover plate under the seat. He tried to fix it personally, but couldn't. So he ordered a new part which will be covered under warranty. EXCELLENT!! I will be back! I have found my new Acura dealer and Dan will be my requested service agent! More
