Great Service Experience We leased a 2018 Acura MDX. The vehicle has had a couple of issues in the 10 weeks we’ve had it. Both times Tina Arendes, our service advisor, took great care of both us and the MDX. I was impressed how she insured that we had a loaner during the time the service occurred and both times she kept us informed of the issues and progress in providing the service. The issues, which clearly came the manufacturer and not the dealership or service department, were corrected. I would recommend Tina and Crown Acura to anyone looking for a new Acura or a professional service experience. More
