Honest, friendly and great service. John Shaw has been our service guy for our Acura RL from the first day we bought the car back in 2005. He is honest, knowledgeable, sincere and really John Shaw has been our service guy for our Acura RL from the first day we bought the car back in 2005. He is honest, knowledgeable, sincere and really knows how to take care of his customers. We have a lot of respect to the way he goes about servicing us. He is patient, listens and carefully explains the benefit of any service needed and always tries to give us the best options. He is not pushy and very respectful. We are very careful who we endorse and John Shaw is one of them. If you are looking for piece of mind, John is the person to deal with. 13 years has gone by without a glitch. Way to go John. Customer service at its BEST! I just purchased a brand new RDX at Crown Acura. I have always had an Acura, as I feel they are the "best" car, and you can't beat the customer servi I just purchased a brand new RDX at Crown Acura. I have always had an Acura, as I feel they are the "best" car, and you can't beat the customer service anywhere!! The general manager, Dan Morris helped me take care of a few minor issues I was having, and set me up with a wonderful man, Chris Sanborn from the service department. Chris arranged for a rental car, the same kind that I was accustomed to....he got me in, and out so quickly, and was so accommodating!!! Chris kept me fully informed of everything they were doing to my car. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, it had been beautifully cleaned inside and out! I always recommend Crown Acura to all my friends and family. I think that dealership goes above and beyond for their customers! More

Great Service Had a tire shop replace the battery and my 2015 RDX locked up after getting home. Nothing would work.
