It have now had two very good experiences with Crown Acura from a Service perspective. The dealership is clean and the Service Department is well organized. For about a week I had been looking for an Acura that I really fit my personality. Called different Acura dealerships and they either didn’t have the vehicle I wanted or did not provide the best customer s really fit my personality. Right off the back Eric was professional and courteous. In addition to that his dealership had the vehicle I wanted. He worked with me on the best deal. From the time I stepped foot in dealership my experience was top notch. Everyone in the dealership was great to work with and made me feel like family. I went in last month to lease a 2021 TLX. I had Richard Morris as my sales person. This was my first experience leasing a car on my own.
