Information on the the true vehicle was misleading when Chris was questioned. I believe this vehicle was sold with the knowledge that Carfax information was more extensive than verbally stated by Chris whe Chris was questioned. I would caution purchases made with Crown Acura and representative Chris Duncanson. Service work completed on the vehicle front cameras and rear wear lengthy and protracted. According to Crown Acura service, the Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist are not Safety features. The flickering rear camera detection was also not a Safety Feature. Extensive delays on repair on both cameras. More

And my most recent experience this week, trading up my 2021 RDX to a 2024 was equally outstanding. As always, Assistant Service Manager John Shaw (my advisor since the first time I brought my original RDX in) was spectacular!! He made sure I was again teamed up with a terrific group of Sales & Finance individuals and he accompanied me at the start of the process and checked in with me throughout. John is a gem—highly professional, knowledgeable and unfailingly honest in all our interactions over the years. And, I was so fortunate to be able to meet and work with the FANTASTIC General Manager Sophie Morris. She’s phenomenal— so organized and personable in preparing a range of options for me to consider—all specifically tailored to my priorities and budget, and including special incentives for me being a loyalty customer. She made it all seem effortless and made the entire experience a pleasure. I can honestly say every option presented was excellent!! Sophie also was supportive and wonderfully patient as I reviewed each option. No hassle, no pressure at all. But once I settled on a decision, Sophie was a whiz in getting everything teed up to expedite the transition from my 2021 to 2024 RDX. Including getting my preferred wheel rims transferred to the new vehicle. She’s truly superb and I’m so pleased John introduced me to her for this purchase!! For her part, Sophie, then brought in Sales Representative David Puckett to oversee the process. Third time is the charm, as David was fabulous —super helpful and a dynamo in managing all the details and keeping me informed. He steered it all seamlessly and was there into the early evening to make sure all was perfect as I received my new RDX. David also was exceptionally kind about spending extra time making sure I was familiar with all the new, additional technical features of this RDX. I couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful, expert tutor! Thank you so much!! And the finance side was no less impressive thanks to Jay Rudio! He is amazingly efficient and a veritable Houdini with the paperwork!! Jay is extremely talented and has a personality to match. What an enjoyable experience it was meeting and working with him. More

John Shaw has been my service advisor for years . I needed my car checked for an upcoming road trip and it needed some repairs . Not only did John fit me in, he had my car back to me in record time a I needed my car checked for an upcoming road trip and it needed some repairs . Not only did John fit me in, he had my car back to me in record time and in perfect working order . He always takes care of me and my vehicle as if I have a brand new car. My car is much older but because of the excellent care that he ensures happens , I have been able to keep my car and it runs great! When it is time to buy a new one this is where I will go and I know John will always make sure that he keeps me up to date on what my car needs , and the new one will last just as long as the one I have now because of the attentiveness John has to detail. I highly recommend anyone use this service department for their service needs and if you can get John, that’s even better . More
