Gillian Barnes was awesome! She is vey sweet and not pushy trying to sell a vehicle like what I had experienced in the past with other salesman. Love that she took her time to sit in my car and set up all the features for me so I don't have to do it on my own. I never had that kind of assistant when I bought any cars in the past. She also offered to be available to answer any questions anytime regarding my car if I don't want to read the owner manual. If that is not exceptional service then I don't know what it is. Bought my first Acura at Crown Acura, and Dealing with Kyle Vonnes made me every bit comfortable in the decision I made.
