John has always been responsive, courteous, and extremely helpful when assisting me. I have had the extreme pleasure of having Julian Batar as my service advisor at Crown Acura. Julian has always been courteous and conscientious. Bart was as knowledgable and competent as Julian. Prior to leaving the service are Julian would review the Crown Multi-Point Inspection report with me.
