From the moment you pull into the service bay or car lot, you are recognized and appreciated. I recently was on the prowl for a rare Acura that is not made anymore. I had dealt with one of their Sales Representatives, John... and he had been nothing but respectful, understanding, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the dealership was not able to acquire the vehicle and I was forced to purchase elsewhere. This situation was just out of their hands and had absolutely nothing to do with them. I had to break the news to them that I had found my dream car at another dealership. However, this was actually the beginning of my new found loyalty to this organization. I made a promise that day to return for all any and all service that would be associated with the car. John thanked me and wished me the best, thinking he would probably never see me again. Just another patron in his office taking up his time. A few months later uh oh! I needed service, just an oil change but service none the less. I promptly contacted Crown Acura of Clearwater, FL and booked my appoitment. "What are the chances that I would receive the type of treatment I experienced with the sales department, now with the service department?" VERY GOOD, I found out! Paul Haggarty, welcomed me to the service department. Personally escorted me to his desk, and we began the process. They ask you questions, actually listen to your requests, and act on them. Honesty is what I look for when someone is working on my vehicle. These guys are nothing but honest. They are extremely knowledgeable as well. I truly believe they take pride in their work representing Acura and ensuring that you are receiving nothing but the greatest service possible. I have to admit, Paul Haggarty goes above and beyond. His ability to deliver outstanding hospitality, deal with customers (like myself) that are extremely finicky and meticulous with the work being performed, and at the same time be 100% genuine is what makes me return. He is a great asset to Crown Acura, and should be commended. These guys keep you informed while the service is being done. They even go as far as to e-mail you and provide updates and notify when it is complete. Most surprising of all, is the fact they empathize with their customers. They will assist you with getting problems rectified that may even be out of their control, and even do their best to find discounts and coupons for you to use. I will continue to act on my loyalty to Crown Acura of Clearwater, FL as well as Honda Motor Company as a whole. Bring this group your business and you will not be disappointed. More

We were especially happy with our sales person, Ryan Sanders. We will and have already referred a customer. What started out as an inquiry for a specific car ended with a reply that I would be contacted soon. It was within an hour. We advised that we would not be ready to purchase until about 30 days from inquiry. We were met with patience and persistence, as we did go and test drive the car. We actually were looking for an RL, but changed to a TL (which is what we currently had) There was timely and courteous follow-up and we felt no pressure (but again we felt Ryan was persistent). That is the main reason we continued our relationship and could not be happier. We postponed the pick up of the vehicle as the dealership was doing upgrades to their service dept and could not have our car cleaned before we were to pick up. The car was picked up on Monday, spotlessly clean, with a full tank of gas. We left there happy and content on the 29th of March. We now have 1001 miles on our car as of yesterday. We will certainly make the drive to Clearwater from Riverview for our next Acura purchase. Thank you for an awesome car buying experience. More

You really get the feeling she wants to ensure you are happy with the car and the deal. It doesn't stop there as she even offered to contact my insurer and faxed the information over to save me the hassle after I picked up the car. Since I'm getting new cars every three years, I know I will be right back with Sophie - she's that good! Went to dealer to buy a used car advertise for $17,990.00 got there and they said price was 22,995.00. had to get them back down still never got to that $17,990.00 This is my 6th car from a dealership, got there and they said price was 22,995.00. had to get them back down still never got to that $17,990.00 This is my 6th car from a dealership, and without a dought the worst. We where left alone in the office for 45mins at a time for two or 3 times, wile our sales guy helped other ppl. The window had two chips in it, they said my insurance would take care of it, my insurance denide the claim since it was there before I bought it. My insurance company told me they can not sale me a auto in the state of FL with a ship in the window. I called the dealership and after a few rounds they said they would repair it. called up two days laters to bring it in. and they changed their mind. after a few rounds they said take it somewhere else to get window fix and bring us the recept and we will see what we can do if anything.....???? so now they dont plan to pay for it. We also notice the tires are bad and it look like this auto (2006) has a major alinement problem. they said no its been checked out. they said, fluid have been changed, allingments been checked, tires... ect... everything is good. well that was not the trueth by any means..... The tires hold lumps in it, the alignment, you are fighting to the left side over 45-50 miles in hour, and a friends dealership took a look at the tires and said these are ready to go any time, they hold wires showing. yet crown put my family on them. we also told them we wanted the oil recheck before we take it. come to find out they said opps your right the oild did not get change. notice oil was too dark to just get changed the day before. after we finaly signed the papers to take it before we notice all these problems. they said the car would not be ready for about 45min, so we left for about hour and a half if not more and drove back to the dealership for a 2nd time. when we got their they said they where not finish yet. so we left and game back 3 hours later for a 3rd time. it look like it still was not. they said they did not get a change to finish it. they said bring it back later in the week and they will do a full detail and fill up the gass tank.... they have not done that yet........ also within 48 hours a buying, the oil light came on to change oil. so we dont know if they changed the oil or not. if I could I would drive this thing through their front doors, tell them to keep my downpayment and walk away. I dont even want to hear their lies anymore. as I side note, we here by the front door, with an office next to it where all the sales reps would hang out, the hole time all you could hear was them making fun of the customers in the parking lot, and as a customer would come up to a car that had a high profit margin they would start attacking on whos getting the sucker. ' DO NOT BUY' from this dealer. If you find something wrong with your car after 1 WEEK..THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING even if it is 1 week later.. ALWAYS CHECK TIRES AND WINDSHIELD FOR ANY PROBLEMS. BEWARE --- * They also have numerous - INTERNET- accounts in their cars for all different prices. They will bring up an ad in front of u and LIE to u and say thats the price when u saw it cheaper ! Service Department blows !!!!!! Sales guyes rip u off !!! Dont buy from them...... Needless to say i got stuck with a 20,000 car,, with numerous things wrong with it !!!!! More
They effectively raised the price of the vehicle at the last minute by almost 2,000 dollars. The new car manager (David Jacovides) will not be reasonable and attempts to wring out every last nickel from last minute by almost 2,000 dollars. Don't get me wrong, I understand they are in the business to make money. But having me back to buy a 2nd, 3rd or 4th car will make them more money in the long run, rather then lying to me in the first car deal to make a few extra bucks. Too bad ... because the experience otherwise was really good. These guys need to be reminded that WE are essentially writing their pay checks. Stay away from Crown Acura in Clearwater. More

The way in which my sales consultant, Kevin Butler, handled my phone call was the reason I chose to visit Crown Acura in person. Although the price I payed for my MDX was quite a bit more than what other dealerships had quoted me, the service I received during my visit at Crown Acura was well worth the extra dollars. Kevin even told me that I would pay more doing business with him because the level of service he and Crown would provide after my purchase would be worth it; he was right. Not only was my initial visit and subsequent purchase pleasant, the service I have received from Kevin and the service department afterwards has been the best I have ever had. Thank you Kevin and Crown Acura, I will send all of my friends and family to see you. More
