Obviously, since it was the first time we have ever dealt with them, we were a little worried to make a big mistake. We couldn't be more wrong to worry. The 2003 Acura MDX was just as Ryan described it to us. We took the vehicle to be inspected to a reputable mechanic in Clearwater. The mechanic was amazed by how perfect the vehicle is. Before our trip, Ryan communicated with us via email/phone and he was very patient, thorough and helpful. Knowing that we were traveling far to pick the vehicle up and that we had a short period of time to make this trip as pleasant as possible for our young kids, Ryan made sure to have as much paperwork ready as possible and made the whole purchase process short and convenient. He knew the vehicle very well and was able to answer every question we had about it. Everybody at Crown Acura were polite and friendly. They even accommodated our toddlers the best they could and were sensitive to their needs. They treated us as if we were buying the most expensive vehicle on their lot when really we must have been buying one of the cheapest. We even met the owner and he assured us that if we needed anything to contact him. He even mentioned his friend here in SC who will be able to give us the future maintenance services on our vehicle and told us to see him and to feel free to mention his name. Everybody had heard about us and knew that my husband was in the military, we even saw another sales manager who thank him for his services to the country. It really touched us that they knew who we were. Ryan contacted us the day after we returned home to make sure that we arrived safe and sound and to make sure that we were still happy with our vehicle, which we were of course! Since then he has been helping us finding new keyless remotes for the car and giving us the best after sale customer service I have encountered, and I used to be a national manager for a firm so I know what I am talking about! Their service equal the quality of the cars, the fairness of their prices and the excellence of the experience of purchasing a vehicle through them. My husband and I have decided that for any future vehicle purchase we will go through them and call Ryan. We have never met so honest, caring and hardworking car dealers before! They are the best and we even said that if we move further from them we will just have our future vehicles shipped from their dealership. This is how much we have been impressed. Thank you everybody at Acura and thank you Ryan for your hard work and honesty! More

In the past, we have leased two RL's from this dealership and their Service, Sales, and Personel are outstanding. Our Salesman was Ryan Sanders - a very knowledgeable and personable man! He was very pleasant and patient with us as we took test drives of three different models. We narrowed it down to the TL and then negotiated a fair deal. Ryan was very helpful in the decison making process. He had answers to all of our questions. While we were trying to decide on color and interior, he lined up two vehicles we were considering so that we could see the differences. It was a small thing, but made a big difference to us as we arrived at our final decision. Ryan did not push or hurry us and did not do that annoying process of some other Dealers which involves bringing in a number of Managers to help seal the deal. He introduced us to Dan Morris, Sales Manager who was also very pleasant and professional. No Strong Arm tactics here! Our past experience with the Service Department was also outstanding and we look forward to dealing with them again. We are thrilled to be back at Crown Acura! I went to Crown Acura to shop for an RDX SUV. I was taken on a thorough test drive by my Salesperson, Ryan Sanders, who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. We first negotiated a very fair price for the vehicle purchase and then the used car appraiser, JJ Johnson, did some thorough research into the value of the vehicle that I was offering in trade. I was offered a fair price for my 2008 Mazda CX-9 which clinched what I thought was a fair deal. The vehicle that I purchased was in the dealership the very next day so that the accessories that I ordered could be immediately installed. The business manager, Sue Ellen Rumple, was a pleasure to work with and she was able to get me the very lowest interest rate available for my purchase. Sue Ellen handled the paperwork with efficiency. My salesperson, Ryan Sanders, delivered the car and gave my wife and I the most complete and thorough explanation of the vehicle functions that I have ever received from a salesperson. He made every customized setting for the vehicle that was available to us and when we drove away from the dealership we had a good understanding of the car's amenities which made us both feel very comfortable for our drive 32 miles away to Wesley Chapel. Ryan made it very clear to us that if we had any questions about our new car we could call him immediately on his cell phone! Two days after we left Ryan, and the Crown Acura dealership, I received a phone call on a Saturday, from Ryan, asking me if I was satisfied with my new vehicle and whether or not I had any questions for him. You can see that from the very beginning of the process I was treated as if I was the most important person in that dealership which is exactly the way we should feel when we are making a new car purchase. This was the 5th new Acura that I have purchased from Crown Acura over the past 20 years because of the courteous, and respectful treatment that I have received in the past, as well as in the present. Crown Acura makes what has a reputation of being a distasteful experience and turns it into a an extremely pleasant event. It is a certainty that I will be purchasing from this dealership in the future. More

I had dealt with one of their Sales Representatives, John... and he had been nothing but respectful, understanding, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the dealership was not able to acquire the vehicle and I was forced to purchase elsewhere. This situation was just out of their hands and had absolutely nothing to do with them. I had to break the news to them that I had found my dream car at another dealership. However, this was actually the beginning of my new found loyalty to this organization. I made a promise that day to return for all any and all service that would be associated with the car. John thanked me and wished me the best, thinking he would probably never see me again. Just another patron in his office taking up his time. A few months later uh oh! I needed service, just an oil change but service none the less. I promptly contacted Crown Acura of Clearwater, FL and booked my appoitment. "What are the chances that I would receive the type of treatment I experienced with the sales department, now with the service department?" VERY GOOD, I found out! Paul Haggarty, welcomed me to the service department. Personally escorted me to his desk, and we began the process. They ask you questions, actually listen to your requests, and act on them. Honesty is what I look for when someone is working on my vehicle. These guys are nothing but honest. They are extremely knowledgeable as well. I truly believe they take pride in their work representing Acura and ensuring that you are receiving nothing but the greatest service possible. I have to admit, Paul Haggarty goes above and beyond. His ability to deliver outstanding hospitality, deal with customers (like myself) that are extremely finicky and meticulous with the work being performed, and at the same time be 100% genuine is what makes me return. He is a great asset to Crown Acura, and should be commended. These guys keep you informed while the service is being done. They even go as far as to e-mail you and provide updates and notify when it is complete. Most surprising of all, is the fact they empathize with their customers. They will assist you with getting problems rectified that may even be out of their control, and even do their best to find discounts and coupons for you to use. I will continue to act on my loyalty to Crown Acura of Clearwater, FL as well as Honda Motor Company as a whole. Bring this group your business and you will not be disappointed. More
We were a previous Acura owner, same dealership which came from a recommendation from a friend. Last experience was very good. This one was excellent. If we could rate an 11, we would. We were especially happy with our sales person, Ryan Sanders. We will and have already referred a customer. What started out as an inquiry for a specific car ended with a reply that I would be contacted soon. It was within an hour. We advised that we would not be ready to purchase until about 30 days from inquiry. We were met with patience and persistence, as we did go and test drive the car. We actually were looking for an RL, but changed to a TL (which is what we currently had) There was timely and courteous follow-up and we felt no pressure (but again we felt Ryan was persistent). That is the main reason we continued our relationship and could not be happier. We postponed the pick up of the vehicle as the dealership was doing upgrades to their service dept and could not have our car cleaned before we were to pick up. The car was picked up on Monday, spotlessly clean, with a full tank of gas. We left there happy and content on the 29th of March. We now have 1001 miles on our car as of yesterday. We will certainly make the drive to Clearwater from Riverview for our next Acura purchase. Thank you for an awesome car buying experience. More
