I experienced some distatste for a certain employees customer service but the high standards that Larry and Randy as well as Crown Acura as a Company believe in, ultimately won me over as a customer for a second time. No need to get into details as just the simple acknowledgement of my issue being of great importance to them was enough to wipe away any possible blemish that I might of carried with me. JOHN ALWAYS TAKES GOOD CARE OF ME. HE GETS ME IN AND OUT QUICKLY. hE IS ALWAYS DOING HIS BEST TO SAVE ME MONEY. A while ago I had my job eliminated due to Medicare reimbursement cuts. Obiviously loosing my job and everything I didn't have the money and John worked with me on it so that I could get the service work done at a reduced amount. I want to coomend crown acura for assistance in helping me replace a cracked dashboard on my 2005 tl. They helped me get 90 per cent assistance from the manufacturer and did a great job replacing the entir me replace a cracked dashboard on my 2005 tl.
