We took a test drive and Chris Duncanson explained the ins and outs as well as the capabilities of the vehicle in depth. He answered all of our questions with knowledgable confidence. Way impressed, finally a dealership that wanted our business and was showing us. Chris worked the numbers to fit our budget without us even having to haggle over price and before we knew it we were Acura owners. Awesome! What a great experience, I felt like a kid at Christmas again. We had to have the vehicle serviced briefly and Steve Lessard was a super help and did everything he said he would. I have been a customer of Crown Acura for 10 years. I went to them this morning to begin the process to look for a new to me car. John Shaw has been my service person for 10 years. Chris was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in his discussions about the relative value of a new versus a certified, low mileage used car. I told him what my criteria were and he met them. I am extremely pleased with the deal and the car, a TSX with nav with ~ 7800 miles in the color I wanted. He easily instilled confidence in me. Kevin made the financing easy and quick and was very helpful in his advice re options. Larry took the time to come over and speak with me and congratulate me on my purchase. Although my initial intention was to begin the search, I am pleased that I was able to get what I wanted with the dealer I trust. More
