We were greeted immediately by another sales associate who made sure he got us to Sophie. She was ready and waiting with the keys for the car. She was very knowledgeable about the car and did a great job making sure we knew about all the features. We were not pushed into a decision to buy. John Pearson, the sales manager worked with us to come to an agreeable trade in price. Leslie Magruder guided us through the purchasing paperwork.
