First I have to say that originally I thought the pricing on the Altima 2012 3.5SR was on the steep side even with the discount (internet). It was still above the real retail value. His calm demeanor was a big factor in our decision to get the Maxima. Although some issues came up during the process, Mike addressed each one in a professional manner, thus cementing our decision.
