After a terrible experience, having my car totaled... I really needed to find a new car that I could depend on and people I could trust. I feel it is safe to say that I found both at Crossroads nissan. T really needed to find a new car that I could depend on and people I could trust. I feel it is safe to say that I found both at Crossroads nissan. The salesman was very attentive and helped me make the right decision for me. they even let me take the car home to show my husband before I made my decision. I wanted to wait overnight to make my decision. The salesman was not scheduled to be there when I wanted to come back. He went out of his way to be there when I needed him and remained until after the finances were complete. He made sure that I knew everything I needed to know before I drove off that evening. The dealership contacted me to make sure I was happy & satisfied with my new purchase. I haven't been in for any service yet since the car is still new, but I look forward to finding out if the service department is just as good to work with as the sales staff. More
We went to look at a very specific used car that we planned to buy as long as it was in the promised condition. We took it for a test drive and then my husband gave it a very thorough once over and wa planned to buy as long as it was in the promised condition. When we came inside to start talking specifics about the car and financing, our salesperson left us at a table and then came over with a funny look on his face and said that he didn't know how it happened since he had the keys but someone had started a deal on the car and we should just sit tight and wait to see the outcome of it. Then he left us there -- just how long he thought we were going to sit there and wait, I don't know. I got sick of it after about 10 minutes and went to tell him we were leaving. He came over with the Internet sales manager and I thought at least we'd get some sort of explanation as to what had happened but instead he apologized and then asked if he could put us in a different car. I understand it's a business and that they just wanted to sell the car to whoever, and I also understand that our salesperson had no control over what happened, but he seemed very unsure of what was going on and I'm sure that if we had had someone who was perhaps more aggressive who would have fought for us things might have been different. Regardless the sales manager should have stepped in immediately and either put a stop to things or else at least done us the courtesy of coming over and explaining what was happening and what their procedure was when something like this occurs. That simple courtesy that would have shown would have gone a long way to making us feel differently about the experience. Both my husband and I emailed the sales manager separately after the incident but again, no real explanation was forthcoming. Instead, the sales manager stated that someone had 'purchased' the car while we were looking at it when in fact the purchase was nowhere near finalized as our salesperson told us about an hour after we left the dealership that the other party was still negotiating his trade-in. Regardless, the sales manager certainly could have smoothed things over even via email after the fact but instead just blew us off once again. As a result, I will never, never do business with this dealership. The following weekend, we walked into a different dealership, test drove a car and purchased it -- just as we would have done at Nissan Crossroads if we had been allowed to. I'm sure our salesperson Samantha is really grateful to these guys for their lack of customer service. :) More
I have a very busy work schedule and was unable visit the dealership and Howard made it a point to accommodate me and deliver the car I wanted to purchase to my work location even though it was in 30 minutes dealership and Howard made it a point to accommodate me and deliver the car I wanted to purchase to my work location even though it was in 30 minutes away. After the purchase a few issues were detected and he made sure that the problems were addressed and that I was satisfied with the purchase. In my opinion he went above and beyond which have exceeded my expectations. Howard made my car buying experience a pleasant one, he is a very nice guy. I would recommend visiting him at Crossroads Nissan if you are in the market for a car. More

I went to the dealership on the last Saturday of December kind of late at night. When I got there Howard was the first person to walk out and greet us. He let us test drive what we wanted and I fell in love kind of late at night. When I got there Howard was the first person to walk out and greet us. He let us test drive what we wanted and I fell in love with the Nissan Sentra. He said that he was going to buy this same car for his wife but I got it first. SORRY HOWARD! Even though we were there at closing and on a Saturday night we got EXCELLENT service! I know everyone was ready to go home and get out of there but they spent their time and helped us out and helped us get an awesome deal! The next day when I saw the car in daylight I saw a few scratches and spots that needed to be fixed. I called Howard up and he told me to come right in! I went in and they gave me a loaner car for the day with no problem! I was very pleased! More
