I was involved in a car accident on Saturday May 4,2013. I contacted Daphne at Crossroads Ford in Sanford, NC to inquire about used F-150's available at that dealership. He was waiting for me when I arrived and showed me the trucks I was interested in. We test drove the best of the trucks available and he assisted me through the whole process and made my experience very enjoyable. I am now the very happy owner of a new to me 2010 4X4 at a fantastic price. I had such a wonderful experience in the purchase of my car. Colin was a wonderful salesman and was informative and patient with my wants and needs in the purchase of my Edge. I really had no issues with this purchase. The only reason I put good instead of great for the price is that I don't think anyone is ever satisfied with the price. I went to Crossroads Ford with a vehicle that I still owed about $18,000.00 to be paid over three years. The vehicle had $40,000 miles on it.
