I had such a wonderful experience in the purchase of my car. Colin was a wonderful salesman and was informative and patient with my wants and needs in the purchase of my Edge. All the employees were nice in the show area all the way to the final signing of papers. Colin was the type of salesperson that was not pushy but had a very nice character that was inviting. I like the fact that he was so patient when showing me the different functions and setting up my systems and made sure that I was comfortable with them. His character was such a friendly helpful salesman. I had always had a bad vibe about the dealership in Sanford, but Colin and the others that i did deal with made me take a different view of it. I am so happy with my new Edge and even happier to have my thoughts of this dealership changed. I had waited 13 years for my special car. This was my first Ford car. I really had no issues with this purchase. The only reason I put good instead of great for the price is that I don't think anyone is ever satisfied with the price. I went to Crossroads Ford with a vehicle that I still owed about $18,000.00 to be paid over three years. The vehicle had $40,000 miles on it. I had received a call about interest in buying back my truck. When I got there no one knew what I was talking about. Apparently in was a different agency calling me telling me to go there, someone associ truck. When I got there no one knew what I was talking about. They gave me a quote on my truck and I told them what I was willing to pay and what I needed in order to give up my current truck. It was a tight budget because I didn't really have any issues with my current truck. They told me they would find me something and then give me a call. Less than an hour later they were calling. I agreed on a vehicle and after a little haggling we agreed on a price. I expressed concerns about warranties and a couple other issues and they squared them away without any issues. When my new truck came in I had a lot of concerns because I had only seen pictures of it. When the truck arrived they did a full inspection on it and found a couple things wrong and fixed them for me. When I picked it up I had some other cosmetic issues with the truck and they fixed them right away. I had numerous concerns and had called them at least three to five times for a couple days in a row and everytime I was able to talk to John and fix the issues immediately. Overall their ability to stay flexible and give me exactly what I wanted without any trouble would lead me to recommend this dealership to my closest friends. Way better experience than going to Crown Ford in Fayetteville. More
