After about a week of emails and phone calls, I drove into the dealership but was informed that the car I wanted to buy had been sold. I informed the dealer that I was not interested in any other car and into the dealership but was informed that the car I wanted to buy had been sold. I informed the dealer that I was not interested in any other car and was ready to walk out when she told me to hold as she disappeared into the "office". Five minutes later she came back and told me that since the "buyer" is on the way from Charlotte and I am already at the dealership, she was going to sell it to me (That was an obvious lie and reason for "ok" rating on customer service). Now to the buying part. I had a pre-approved loan from my credit union. This dealer came with her ipad to our table and asked for my personal info. I informed her again that I had been pre-approved and did not want to run my credit or apply for another loan. She told me that the info was for her to confirm my identity. After giving her all my info we go to the point where I was supposed to sign on the ipad. I asked her twice whether this was a loan application and she said NO. To cut the long story short, she deceitfully ran my credit for a loan application. For this reason, I rate this dealership less than 5 stars in all areas except for the price which was great. More

Colin did an excellent job explaining our options. He took alot of time with us test driving vehicles, listened to our needs and wants to ensure we got the correct vehicle. I would like to thank Crossroads Ford Lincoln of Sanford for going the extra mile to help me find the exact vehicle I was looking. Over the past 45 days, I have traveled across the State of North Carolina for going the extra mile to help me find the exact vehicle I was looking. Over the past 45 days, I have traveled across the State of North Carolina looking for a particular Ford F-150. During my journey's, I met with five different sales associates all at different dealerships who were not wiling to help me find the truck I was looking. I told them the exact truck I was looking and rather than search for that vehicle, they wanted to sell me something that did not meet the same criteria. I found it very frustrating that these particular sales associates would not listen to what I was telling them. Just before I was ready to give up my search, I decided to stop in Crossroads of Sanford and see if they had anything on their lot that I liked, I was greeted by Kenny Greene who immediately asked me what kind of vehicle I was looking. I shared with him the same information that I had told all the other dealers, and assumed I would get the same results. Kenny immediately went to his computer and began searching for the exact truck I was looking. Within 30 minutes, he had located the exact vehicle I had been searching for and began making the arraignments to have it brought to Sanford for me. It was great to see that there are still GREAT salesmen who are willing to listen to their customers and work to make their experience a pleasurable one. I had my truck in a matter of hours at a great price. I would like to recommend Kenny Greene to all buyers who are tired of getting the run around from the other car dealerships.
