Service dept is awesome. Had to have a transmission rebuild (of course) due to torque convertor on my 2017 Escape. Everyone was very informative and even though no loaner was available until after 1st rebuild (of course) due to torque convertor on my 2017 Escape. Everyone was very informative and even though no loaner was available until after 1st week of April, and I dropped off middle of March, they found me a loaner. Car was repaired in timely manner after part was received and I was even signed up for notice to let me know when part came in. I may not be happy with this being my 2nd Ford with transmission issues (1st one after having less than 2 yrs brand new), but service dept is always nice. They even got me in for an oil change before I picked my car up. More
