service department is suck i called to make a appointment b c my truck 2019 f 250 platinum engion light came on after 13000 and i baught brand new and the tk is stiil under warrenty when i called in they tol b c my truck 2019 f 250 platinum engion light came on after 13000 and i baught brand new and the tk is stiil under warrenty when i called in they told me they give me a loner car once i took the tk up there and the guy told me he dost know if we get the b c we have to find out if the tk under warenty or not and i ask where i go from hear now he said tec has to chek it and i got 7 people ahead of i waited 2and half hours and still waiting i wish they had told me up front w i made the appoint and i would not recmend any body to go there or buy ford prodect you telling me i paid $85000.00 for this tk and after 13000 milles the engion light came on and top of that you take your vehi up there bad service i believe w they sell you a car they do anything aspacily there top noch product very bad its bunch of malarkey More
