Getting Better I have had mostly good experiences at this dealership. I have taken my Ford vehicles here for service, most of the time. Wait times are not excessiv I have had mostly good experiences at this dealership. I have taken my Ford vehicles here for service, most of the time. Wait times are not excessive, and their prices are often very good, compared to other shops in the area. While I wait for the service to be done, I usually walk the lot and look at the new and used vehicles for sale. Both the service staff and sales staff seem friendly and helpful. I have used the shuttle service several times, which is also an added benefit. Two things they could improve on: 1) Often when I call the service center on the phone in order to make an appointment or ask a question, it takes a long time for someone to pick up the line. A few times no one picked up at all, even after waiting ten minutes. This doesn't happen always, but often enough to be a concern. 2) After my service is complete, the check-out process does not always meet my expectations. I usually have to ask what they found and what they did. They should out of courtesy do this every time without me having to ask. This is what other service shops do for me, why not here? Also, I am retired military and have received a discount for this in the past, but only if I ask. I have been going to this shop for four years now with two Ford vehicles. They should know who I am by now, see my past discounts on their system, and apply them automatically. Again, other shops I go to with other vehicles do this automatically, why not here? More

Looking for a new service center now. Service rep tried to scam us, told us we jad a scratch on our brake rotor. When we asked service technician, he said the rotor was NOT scratched.
