Engine and Transmission replacement in 2008 Grand Caravan John Hood was my service advisor. I would like to thank them all, for the roles they all played in getting my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan repaired w John Hood was my service advisor. I would like to thank them all, for the roles they all played in getting my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan repaired with a factory remanufactured engine and a new factory transmission. I certainly wish to extend my appreciation to the service technician(s) that worked on her. It was a huge investment in parts and labor expense for me to get that done. As time goes on, I believe it will have been a wise investment. The Caravan has 176,000 miles on it is fully loaded otherwise and to have gotten any type of comparable Caravan would have cost a lot more and would still have quite a few miles on it. If they all had not agreed on beating the engine and transmission price, and had a very fair labor expense on the whole thing, I probably would have had to gambled on a used engine and transmission installed by some shop with no warranty. Plus, they allowed me the free use of a loaner vehicle while it was all being done, that was awesome! Thank you from my family and I. Douglas Flinn More
Service repair Yesterday 6-1-15 i took my vehicle to crossroads service department to get it inspected. While they were checking my vehicle out they had to take the Yesterday 6-1-15 i took my vehicle to crossroads service department to get it inspected. While they were checking my vehicle out they had to take the tires off to check the breaks. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires and we didn't notice the problem until the next day when my fiance was driving it on the interstate. I'm so glad we caught it in time could have caused major damage to my vehicle or seriously injured or killed us. They need to come up with some kind of buddy system when working on people's cars before someone gets hurt and they get a hefty law suit on them. We felt with Alan Mansfield he is the service advisor he was very helpful and concerned about it. He was not the reason for the problem. We don't know the mechanic that was actually working on it. More

Arnold and the management staff are super I and family members have bought a lot of cars from this and the previous dealership when it was in Petersburg. All the people there have always been professional and personable. They don't push to make a sale. Prices are always decent. I have known Arnold for several years and he has been a friend. He explains everything about the car you are interested in buying and makes you feel that you will still be a friend even if you do not make a deal. Great follow-up. Service has always been great. The whole staff is great. I always recommend them to my friends. Keep up the good work! More

I drove my van out of the lot with confidence that I made the right choice because Mario was amazing with answering all the questiosn we had. He stayed in touch and checked in every so often to see how the vehicle fit our family. Earlier this month, I was in the market to to replace my 1st car and immediately contacted Mario. I told him exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and the bells and whistles I wanted in the vehicle. Mario came through and worked a great deal! But Scott Reyes walked me through all the trucks features, pros of purchasing this Ram, not only because it was a great vehicle... but why it would be smart to buy it from that dealership. It was by FAR the easiest purchase I've ever done and I have bought many cars! Very simple and professional. Scott was super courteous at all times, answered all my questions quickly... And if he didn't know them he found out and got back with me ASAP. The management there was awesome also... including the parts department, the financing guy, and the service department (which installed my bed liner)... I would definitely recommend this dealership and if you get a chance ask for Scott... He's the man :-) Harold P. More
