Up until recently, I had pretty ok experiences here. I’ve looked aside having mistakes made on my maintenance because I had an overall pleasant experience. But buying a car here… was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and between my husband and I we’ve bought a lot of cars but as for just me I’ve only ever bought from Subaru and I probably wouldn’t ever buy from them again. After going through it all and having someone higher up in the company express to us how sorry they were they just continued to play us. They talked horribly about other employees to us, he told us he’d only trust maybe 3 mechanics to work on his own vehicles. I should have probably left then. What I thought was being friendly turned into xxx-kissing for lack of a better word, when he bluntly asked me when my husband left the room “so I hate to even ask, but when you write the review, it’s not going to be good is it?” But for me the worst part is when he told me that the owner was aware of what we had gone through and told them to make sure we were happy and that he was “going to go into the owner's office and figure out what he could do to make this better for us” but never actually did. My problem isn’t that they didn’t do anything for me, but that he would say that and not do it. But after over six hours and nothing but headaches and being treated poorly asking for the most simple request to register it in my hometown. And being lied to about every little thing and getting nothing but different answers and information I shouldn’t be surprised. This is the most disorganized and sketchy dealership I’ve been to. I’d rather pay more for a used car than go here again. Please just save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else, Raleigh, Cary literally anywhere else, if you’re buying a new car order it online yourself and save yourself the headache and the market adjustment fee. Please learn from my mistakes and go far away from this dealership. More
During a recent trip between Georgia and Durham NC, we had an engine issue with our 2009 Outback on I-95. We were close to Fayetteville NC and had the car towed to Cross Creek Subaru. Inspection reveale had an engine issue with our 2009 Outback on I-95. We were close to Fayetteville NC and had the car towed to Cross Creek Subaru. Inspection revealed the timing belt had failed (after market at 1/2 of its advertised life). Gigi took care of us and was great to work with on the cost estimates for this major repair, Labroan, Master Tech was great on sorting out the damage and completing this major repair on the engine. The car runs like new and will serve us well! Thank you for getting us through this difficult adventure! We so thankful for Cross Creek Subaru and this team of talented and caring people! More

Extremely pleasant buying experience in July. Car had some interior vibration issues that were taking the joy out of ownership. Service department esp. George and Gigi took care of my problem today.
