Ordered a part online and paid for the part and shipping online (used a shipping coupon the dealership listed on their website) and the order is excepted. Well hours later I get a refund message with ZERO online (used a shipping coupon the dealership listed on their website) and the order is excepted. Well hours later I get a refund message with ZERO explanation other than the note that shipping is now $450.00 for the item (replacement bumper). WHY post a cost of the item and charge $225.00 shipping charge (live about 1:30 away btw so $225 seems even high) and then decide arbitrarily to change the shipping to double the cost. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves. This dealership certainly has proven that the negative connotation associated with auto dealerships remains tried and true!! I will NEVER do business with this dealership again and I hope you, reading this, don't award bad behavior by giving them your business. More
