First thing, I'm giving this review to Rich who happens be the sales person who accommodated me from the start. I'm giving him GREAT rating on customer service, friendliness and overall experience happens be the sales person who accommodated me from the start. He was there from day 1, making sure that I know everything I need to know about the car 2. Helping me along way in dealing and finding ways to do the financing 3. Explaining the entire process of buying a car here in the US (as I'm from a different country) 4. Answering every bit of question I have (may it be during the purchase process or during the initial service process) 5. He was also very conscious about my time and worked with me all the way Overall, he is a very nice guy, knows a lot about the car and I appreciate all the help he has given me so I could get my first car here in the US. Second and last thing in this review is the dealership, I rated them via the quality of work and price. For quality of I gave them good rating as I did my first service with them 5 days after I got the vehicle, they did what was originally planned for however missed on cleaning the parts i requested as an additional request. I also may have expected for them to clean the interior because I thought it is part of the service but it seems that they missed some areas as well but that is still acceptable. After I got the car back, I notice a tiny ding and told Rich about it and good thing he immediately told me that they'll fix it up on my next service schedule, i also found another small ding which was pointed out by my friend (which we believe may have been covered by the applied valuguard so will have to bring it up next time). Overall, the service so far is good, I'll know more when I bring my car for service next time. For the price, I am giving the dealership a good price as after the transaction when I tried to compare prices and found out that there are few dealerships that has lower cost for the same car (and features - considering the car I got already has mileage used already due to being used as a demo unit). However, I'm still rating them as good due to the aforementioned above plus they made it possible to work out a deal with the financing to sort my situation and it's well enough to give the a good rating. Overall, I will certainly recommend Cronin for my friends or anyone thinking of buying car and definitely do reach out to Rich as he's a great sales person to work with. Big thanks! More
