The sales experience is not at all what we expected. Mike was patient, extremely knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to purchase the car. I remember one thing he said "I am not here to just sell you a car, I am here to find the right car for you." And he did just that! Mike went above and beyond- staying past his shift to see the deal through by showing us how each feature of the car worked. We love our new car, thanks Mike! More

During the purchase they also push a extended warranty & does not explain that there is a deductiable on the extended warranty..During the finance of the suv I was rushed to sign papers & felt like I was not getting honest answers to my questions . The whole process was a typical car dealer experience , I would not recommend due to the Bait & Switch tactics they use to make you think your getting a honest price The extended warranty is not a very good thing to buy , many loop holes in the warranty & the cost depended on what they can sell it to you !! He listens to what his customer wants and is highly organized about the various Kia cars. He totally explains in simple langauage the features of the car as well as giving his customer a tour of the car dealership from service, parts, and finanacing. It is truly obvious that Mike loves people and selling cars. He has a passion for his job and enjoys what he does for a career.
