Quick, professional and good price I purchased a 2016 KIA Soul from Cronin. I researched prices on the internet (truecar.com, Edmunds.com, cars.com) and Cronin's price was very competit I purchased a 2016 KIA Soul from Cronin. I stopped by the dealership for a test drive but it was quite late to buy the car on that day. I authorized them to start the paperwork in order to close the transaction a couple of days later. When I came to finalize my purchase they informed me that the price dropped by another $500 dollars, and re-did all the paperwork with the lower price, in spite of the fact that I already agreed to a higher price a couple of days before. During the purchase they also push a extended warranty & does not explain that there is a deductiable on the extended warranty..During the finance of the suv I was rushed to sign papers & felt like I was not getting honest answers to my questions . The whole process was a typical car dealer experience , I would not recommend due to the Bait & Switch tactics they use to make you think your getting a honest price The extended warranty is not a very good thing to buy , many loop holes in the warranty & the cost depended on what they can sell it to you !! More
