He took the time to explain everything to us about the car. Even stayed late past his shift when everyone else was gone and the doors were locked. He just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. It was a breath of fresh air to see someone that was not just out for another sale or pushing the most expensive car in the lot. He wanted us to be happy and comfortable through the whole process. He even gave us bottles of water when we first got there and Starbucks as we were leaving. He gave us his phone number as we left if any questions came up. Instead he was trying to say everything he could to blame it on me. He did not want to take any responsibility for it. This has been the worst experience in buying a new care. More
