Cronin delivered in more than one way While Cronin was not near us we had heard good things about them and decided to take the drive to see their offerings. Initially in the market for a used vehicle, the sales specialist Jordan also introduced us to a new 2018 that was aggressively priced and that got our attention. We needed to further consider the purchase for a few days and after deciding it was the right car for us, we were then disappointed that the one we drove was sold later that week. We had decided that the vehicle in question included the exact features we wanted and at a price we could afford. Cronin then took upon themselves to review inventory regionally and was able to find the exact model and have it delivered to their location. While we had seriously thought about going elsewhere, the experience we had with Jordan Holder leading up to this point had made us feel confident in Cronin to deliver the deal and service we were looking for. Jordan was the difference maker in turning frustration in missing out on the initial vehicle into the satisfaction we felt as we drove away in our 2018 Kia Sportage. We plan on using them for ongoing service now also due to our overall experience in spite of there less convenient location. It was a breath of fresh air to see someone that was not just out for another sale or pushing the most expensive car in the lot. He wanted us to be happy and comfortable through the whole process.
