Arrived at 115 for oil change, was told I would be there for at least an hour and a half. I did not leave until 420, over double the amount of time initially told. We went in for a simple new tire install. We were happy that you had the tire in stock but grew weary as the time drug on and on. After THREE HOURS they finally finished. Then we discovered the tire had be that you had the tire in stock but grew weary as the time drug on and on. After THREE HOURS they finally finished. Then we discovered the tire had been installed with the wrong side out!! The technician said he would quickly remedy the situation. It took ANOTHER HOUR to release the truck back to us. We were visiting family in a nearby city and this tire change took FOUR HOURS away from our family time. Not impressed. Everyone there was real nice but this time frame was unacceptable. More

This is my 3rd Nissan from Cronic. That should say it all! Cronic is customer focused. The salesperson listened to what I needed in a car and upgraded the seats to leather. He knew his product well and all! Cronic is customer focused. The salesperson listened to what I needed in a car and upgraded the seats to leather. He knew his product well and answered questions quickly. He went the “second mile” patiently explaining the car’s features and setting up Bluetooth. A full tank of gas and a shiny clean car is always appreciated. I know I could call again should I have post sales questions. I have come to rely on Cronic’s service department when needed. The service department is friendly and efficient in servicing previous my cars with a comfortable and clean waiting area! More
