Made an appt a week prior to for an oil change and a recall fix. I brought my car in and was given a loaner which was nice. I was called the next day and told my car was ready only to get there and find recall fix. I brought my car in and was given a loaner which was nice. I was called the next day and told my car was ready only to get there and find out my oil change hadn't been done. I had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs for that to be completed only to find out I needed a battery. I then had to wait 30-45 more minutes for that to be completed. I was disappointed but they did do everything free of charge and I appreciate that. More
