Make sure you inspect the vehicle for any codes after test drive before you purchase. Bought 2010 Kia Soul was never fixed right by mechanics they send car to.The Soul they sold me was not clean I tried More

To late I cleaned the car, filled it with gas. All dealerships I have been to on delivery of vehicle regardless if new or used delivery of vehicle is usually cleaned and washed and filled with gas. Both cars I purchased from your dealership have been dirty upon delivery and no gas. 2010 Kia Soul had no gas and if you had put gas in you would of known that car had issues but you still sold it.

In regards to me contacting you or JC Coissy I have sent numerous emails last week and on 3/7/22 asked to speak to any of you couldn’t do I I spoke to Mr.King regarding my issue with my down payment on the 2010 Kia Soul No response to my issue with your dealership. My experience with your dealership is a joke you are all so happy I sell these cars but don’t take responsibility and due a inspection on them. Your dealership signed a We Owe You stating that the issue with check engine light would be fixed No it wasn’t and to top it off your mechanic across the street put part on backwards and your sales guy Prince couldn’t tell me the truth regarding that. 3/5 picked car up drove it put gas same issue now 3 times Really you really didn’t fix it. My issue is you all sold a car that had issues I put down in good faith took your word that it would be fixed but in reality it wasn’t you put me into another car and kept down payment you really should of took it off my hands and gave back my down payment.
