The facility use to do walk ins for oil changes but because they are so short on staff it makes me make appointments which is never the day or time that works for me. This facility is prolly the worse I have ever had the displeasure of going to. The only reason I go there is because of the free oil change package I got when I bought my Nissan last year. But as soon as I complete the free oil changed I will continue my busses else where. More

Dropped my car off the afternoon before. They called Thursday morning to ask if I was going to show up, told them my car was there and was checked in with service the afternoon before. Didn’t call to tell me what was wrong with my car, but called snd asked if I would be interested in selling my car to the dealership. Low miles and in excellent shape. Repaired the gas gauge, but didn’t didn’t repairs “miles to empty”. They said that after awhile that doesn’t work any longer. I have 21,000 miles and it’s two years old. Too busy chatting with other employees than taking care of customers. Also, my car was driven over 50 miles while at the dealership. I’ve sent Nissan consumer affairs a complaint and also Cronic Nissans Service Manager and the head of the dealership. No one has called. More
