The sales department is awesome and extremely helpful. However I was told by the service department that my keys were in the techs tool box and I wasn’t able to get in my own car. Plus it has finger prints all over the glass where the window motor was replaced. I also was unable to get a copy of the work preformed because the sales department took care of the bill. More

All contacts with this dealership were unpleasant. The staff in the maintenance department were terribly rude. When asked to fix one of the problems found (we just didn’t have the tools to remove a pa The staff in the maintenance department were terribly rude. When asked to fix one of the problems found (we just didn’t have the tools to remove a part and asked them to replace that and do one other thing they suggested) Fran asked a maintenance worker and he was heard in the background responding to her. He made a hateful remark also and said that he would either do all of it or none of it. She was very aware of the comments made and the poor attitude present by the employee, but had nothing to say. The sales team has been very nice when we have purchased vehicles at this dealership, but we will not be using their maintenance department again. More
