Scheduled an appointment for reg maint. And an alignment, took a half day off work to do so. Service department refusd to do alignment stating my tires were " too worn" and unless i boug And an alignment, took a half day off work to do so. Took it to another establishment in griffin and verified my tires are fine, and received the service requested. I would NOT TRUST THIS DEALRSHIP WITH ANY VEHICLE. More

Be careful buying a used car, because they contacted me about a used Jeep Patriot for my daughter. I took her there and she paid cash money for it, but was told there was only one key. The key fob is made about a used Jeep Patriot for my daughter. I took her there and she paid cash money for it, but was told there was only one key. The key fob is made on the key and didn't work. Someone had taken the battery out. I was told to take it up the street to Chronic Dodge Jeep. A salesman gave me a number to someone who comes there on Tuesdays who might could help with it. I called but had to leave a message, but no one called me back. So when my daughter locks her car and goes to unlock it, the alarm goes off. She saved her money for a long time to spend $7220 and has to deal with this. Plus was told other lies about the car. Her mother is very upset about the whole thing. So beware before you spend your hard earned money in times like this. More

Came in for a oil change on Saturday at first told I couldn’t get one because they were too busy. I explained I had tried to call first but no one answered. The lady said I’ve been at my desk and no o couldn’t get one because they were too busy. I explained I had tried to call first but no one answered. The lady said I’ve been at my desk and no one called I pull out my phone to show I did and then she proceeded to ask how I got their number, I said on the internet. She then explained oh that’s not our number. I said well my name is Vickie Cardell and I did call. She then so let me check and see if we can fit you in. The reason because I had complained on my last visit about a coupon not being applied properly. The Service Manager who is super nice had offered a complimentary oil change because of that bad experience. So the only reason she got me in is because of that. By the way they got me back fast and out fast so obviously they weren’t as busy as she made it sound. I have been using this service department for several years and never had a problem until the last 2 visits. There used to be a great service advisor, he was always professional and friendly, ever since he left the haven’t had any good experiences. More
