I came in for an oil change on 6-30-2022 after 10:00 AM. When I drove into the service center, there were three ladies sitting at individual desks. No one got up to greet me. Normally, someone would come to my car, greet me, and find out what service that I wanted. In reference to the Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection, they didn’t check my brakes at all (rotors/drums, left and right front/rear pads). I had a slow leak in my back tire on the driver’s side when I arrived. Unfortunately, I had a nail in my tire. It was discovered at a tire company shortly after I left Cronic Nissan. The nail was extremely visible. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. I have no intentions of ever going to that service center again. I was appalled at the service I received. More
