I did get in touch with JC Coissy in his personal cell number. Everyone there was courteous and nice and tried to make me realize that they would do whatever it took to help me out. Everything they told me they were going to do they did which made my experience a little better. I felt like they were all just dropping the ball or not telling me the exact truth about what was going on with my car and that could have been because they didn’t exactly know. Jessie stayed on top of it for me and for that I was grateful. Cronic Nissan in Griffin GA is not a bad place but I still feel like I was a little discriminated against being a handicapped or should a say a handicapable female. I hope I will not have any more problems with my vehicle or getting service done on it.
