The lady out front was helpful and kind. We walked together to the parts department. The man in the parts department was busy and did know acknowledge that we were standing there. After a few minutes the lady asked about the battery price and he responded that he was busy and it would be a bit. There was clearly frustration between the two. I was standing there awkwardly watching this interaction. The customer should never know of internal disagreements or be made to feel weird as they play out in front of them. The lady was apologetic. This was poor customer service. More
