They offered to deliver it to me but instead I flew into Atlanta and they picked me up from the Airport. I drove it home. Both experiences were amazing. Everyone was kind and professional. Reba my sales person was extremely helpful and Tim the manager stayed in the loop and kept me updated. I met Randy the internet sales manager and he was very kind. Everyone from the driver to the sale manager were extremely helpful and kind. It felt like you were in a true hometown dealership and they made you feel like one of the family. THANK YOU CRONIC ! Worst Attempted Car Buying Experience in 50 Years of Buying My son and I have been looking for a used Nissan Frontier 4X4 for my grandson who turns 16 in September. We located one at Cronic Nissan and my son ca My son and I have been looking for a used Nissan Frontier 4X4 for my grandson who turns 16 in September. We located one at Cronic Nissan and my son called and talked to a salesman. The dealership was a three hour drive from our location so my son requested that the salesman take pictures of all dents and scratches to give a better picture of the vehicle. The salesman did as requested and stated that he would have the dents repaired. An agreement was made that the salesman would bring the vehicle south (1hour) and my son would drive north (two hours) and the meeting would take place in Macon. My son asked if I would go with him and I agreed. The last conversation was ten minutes before we left and the salesman stated that he was preparing to leave. One and one half hours into our northward trip the salesman called and said his sales manager stopped him from bring the truck because someone had an appointment to drive it. At this point we are about 30 minutes from our meeting place. My son asked to speak to he sales manager. After a few minutes the salesman returned and said that the sales manager did not want to talk to him because it would just be an argument and that a vehicle was not sold until the money is in hand. I left a message with the owner, but my call has not been returned. We decided to proceed to the dealership. When we were about 28 miles away, the salesman called and said that the vehicle was sold. We turned around and started back home. In my opinion this is not the way business should be done and certainly is not representative of their advertised customer service. The only reason there is a one star rating is that there is nothing lower. More

My salesman, Tony Deerman, was friendly I purchased a new Nissan from Cronic this week and must say it was by far the best car buying experience ever. My salesman, Tony Deerman, was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Also, Tim and the other folks I met were great. Don't go here The dealership from xxxx.. I had my car taken here by an auto body shop after it was vandalized. Not only did they not complete the work. I had to kee The dealership from xxxx.. I had to keep calling to remind them to check other things related to my car repair and a few things they did repair stopped working and my car was not put back together very well on the inside. When I got my car they gave it to me not washed with the writing all over the windows from the auto body shop but my front shield was dragging on the ground and tied on to the bottom of my car with a coat hanger. But the worst part was my belongings were stolen and everything was gone through including the papers in my glove box. I called Nissan and they couldn't do anything for me because the dealership lied even though I could prove it Nissan wasn't interested. I guess it's ok for a dealership to lie to Nissan. Stay away from Chronic Nissan and go to Atlanta instead. Update it turns out that Wanda is the owner I left her a message and I will update this review. And as an Fyi I had to leave some of my belongings behind because my rental car was smaller than my full sized Maxima and not everything fit. I was visiting from Ohio and I had to leave my stuff behind just in case people were wondering. I received my car in the evening in the dark I did not notice that I was missing my belongings because they pulled what they didn't steal forward and it made my trunk look full. I did however have to make a claim with my insurance for my stolen belongings it's so nice to be violated. Update on April 4,2016 I spoke to Wanda and she was rude and hung up before I could finish telling her everything that was wrong. At least I have a recording of our conversation for Nissan. More

Wanda Cronic Howell was on the floor to make sure my bad accident became a pleasant experience in the end. Annando, the Finance Manager, wrapped it up quickly. This is the 16th vehicle I have purchased from the Cronic organization. I also drive from Avondale Estates to have all my service work done here.i More
One of the best car buying experiences ever. I came in on January 29, 2016 looking for a 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL when I was met by a very friendly, nice looking and out going sales man named M I came in on January 29, 2016 looking for a 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL when I was met by a very friendly, nice looking and out going sales man named Mr. Jimmy Sims. He took me outside and showed me all the Atlima's that he had in stock and explained to me the difference between the 2015 and 2016 in the SL models. I ended up buying a 2015 and was very pleased with the process. Mr. Jimmy Sims took very good care of me and made the car buying experience very easy for me cause it had been a long time since I purchased a car. I highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone that is interested in a vehicle. Thank you so much Mr. Jimmy Sims you have a customer for life. More
