We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this review of your experience at our dealership. We also appreciate the fact that you are a returning customer. We take great pride in providing a top-notch customer service experience that will keep people coming back for years and years. We know that time delays in the buying process can be extremely frustrating and we would never purposefully keep a customer from their new vehicle any longer than is necessary after the purchase. We would never want a price agreement to be off by $1, much less $100. We are looking at what happened with this internally and working to make sure that a delay such as this never happens to another customer again. I can assure you that it is not our company’s policy to ever make promises and fail to keep them. For example, when you are told that your car will be picked up from your work to take care of any lingering issues and that was not done is unacceptable. We are happy that you were at least provided with a vehicle while the process was finished. I would like to hear more about your experience and know the associates you talked to.
