My initial contact was via the web and I received a response same day from Chris Hamilton. Chris was attentive. He listened to my needs and he answered my questions. He followed up with me next day and I scheduled an appointment to meet with him the following Saturday afternoon. I unfortunately had to reschedule for an earlier time and Chris was there to greet me. He was just as friendly in person as he was over the phone. He took the time to answer every nit picky question I had and was patient when I asked him to explain terms that I did not understand. During the test drive he pointed out features that I was not aware of and his approach was far from condescending. The process did take longer then I expected but I left pleased with the purchase of my new vehicle! More

However, Nissan and my home town Cronic had exactly the vehicle I wanted, so I purchased a Nissan Rogue Sport which was and is a good fit for me. And also, their Nissan Service Center is very nice and the complimentary refreshments are appreciated. I was really impressed when the service center team members used plastic covers on my seats, nobody wants a stained or soiled seat. Thanks Cronic, keep up the great customer service. More
