New car purchase Chris and I had spoken on the phone. He made sure he had the car I'd wanted. He was very pleasant and upbeat. I made the appt to test drive the Altima Chris and I had spoken on the phone. He made sure he had the car I'd wanted. He was very pleasant and upbeat. I made the appt to test drive the Altima SR Turbo the next morning to which he had it filled with gas and ready for my test drive. I had had my trade in for 19 years. Chris never made me feel inept while he patiently and thoroughly explained the modern technologies. He was very informative of all the features and made sure I was comfortable before we began. Once the deal was struck, we had an extended wait period, for which Chris and the finance mgnr apologized multiple times explaining that there another customer in front of us. The finalization of the paperwork only took about 15 minutes. I had purchased a 2015 Frontier from Nissan of Newnan and had thought I would receive a loyalty discount. I was very disappointed, however, that I didn't. I love my Altima SR Turbo and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. More

I'm on my third Nissan, which I bought all 3 from Cronic. I've had quite a few free oil changes with this last one I purchased. They have a comfortable waiting area with a convenient restroom nearby. You can watch tv or use free wifi while you're there. They also have a snack area. You can have coffee or a cold soda/water. I brought a salad with me one time & sat & ate it at one of the tables while I waited. Always friendly & courteous, they try to get you in & out as quickly as they can. More
