I have very little doubt that anyone at Cronic will read this; however, I will respond to your request anyway. I find your service protocol is far from what I have experienced in the past. The service person that waited on me was completely unknowledgeable about the problem I was experiencing and was only interested in my paying you $105 before anyone would look at it. High price to pay for a blown fuse. I will look for another Nissan Service center to provide service and to buy a new truck. More
