Tawana In service was the best ever!!!! Explanation of my concern was great. However, I still am not satisfied with the vibration but n the particular model of Kicks, I have, It is a poor design for N my concern was great. No one wants to buy a new vehicle and experience a vibration rattle in the gear box, even if that is the design!!! I had a lot of stress dealing with a salesman I did not want to deal with. I tried to leave several times and he would beg me not to go. That it would only take a few min. Salesman was great, however ; i had to return to the service department due to the vehicle leaking fluid. After inspection the service manager informed me it was oil pan drain plug. I was already told b service department due to the vehicle leaking fluid. After inspection the service manager informed me it was oil pan drain plug. I was already told by service tech it was a seal on front differential. I asked service manager about it and he denied i. I took the vehicle to the local dealer and they also found the same leaking seal. Seems someone os simply trying to get out of paying for repair…. So ill handle it another way More

Cronic Nissan service center is the bomb.com. They are wonderful and very professional and they never try to sell me anything I don’t need, even when I think I need it.
