Very satisfied so far I wanted a mid size truck to replace my beloved, but aging, Dakota. Richie and Jeff helped me find a good 1500 instead. In fact, Richie had been patiently helping me on line for about two years. Both listened carefully to my (possibly) odd combination of preferences, and Jeff located the winner. The net price was fair to both of us, considering that two private transactions would likely have saved me some money. I rarely buy cars (once per 10 years) and even more rarely use a dealer. I've never traded before, and I'm 63. The only thing that could have gone better would have been to not surprise me at signing with add ons, especially the administrative fee. Apparently it's routine for GA dealerships, but completely unfamiliar to me. It's very probable, though, that Richie included it in the "out the door" price and I just didn't recognize it until I saw it in writing. If by chance the fee is how Richie and Jeff get paid, then I'm happy to pay it. They did a good job. I took delivery yesterday, but will bring it back for some items being added. I have every confidence that Cronic will do them well. Over all, I'm very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Cronic, Richie and Jeff. More
