electronic throttle control light had came on again for 5th The electronic throttle control light had came on again for 5th time, the fourth time I have brought it to your service center. 3 times you said it wa The electronic throttle control light had came on again for 5th time, the fourth time I have brought it to your service center. 3 times you said it was the programmer that was installed the fourth time you said you could not find anything wrong. needless to say you had my truck for almost a whole month out of the last 6 months and was charged $100.00 the first time. I told you that the truck was having a bad vibration , not all of the time, when you get up to highway speeds. you refused to look because it has a lift kit on it, that was installed by you before I bought it and is supposed to covered by the warranty. I took your service manager for a ride to show him and he said that it was probably the tires. he needs to be fired, no knowledge of cars or tires. I have had the tires checked 3 times and it's not the problem. The service manager at the tire shop said that I need to talk with a lawyer and then bring my truck back to him for the repairs and file a law suit against this dealer ship, I was not the first person to come to him after having problems with this company. More

I only say this because I had left mine there before only to be told they did not have parts. The parts department is very helpful they know what parts you need for the recalls and will call you when they come in. Then schedule your appointment. They keep it one day and your done. More
