From the time I walked on the lot I was greeted with sincere warmth. Sam was supportive, informative, pleasant but never pushy. He listened to what I needed and made it happen instead of trying to "talk me into" other options. After the purchase of the vehicle he patiently walked me through the use of the features and activation of my onstar. John was friendly and made me feel as if we had known each other for ages. He searched for and found the most discounts available and was able to achieve the payment/interest amount I asked for. Overall the experience was the made extremely easy and low pressure. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in the past and never had such an easy, friendly, no pressure experience. More

This was a pleasant experience because the dealership had not only multiple options of the particular vehicle we were looking for by multiple options of similar vehicles in its class. We ended up purchasing not only multiple options of the particular vehicle we were looking for by multiple options of similar vehicles in its class. We ended up purchasing a GMC when we were looking at Chevrolet. Colby was very informative, patient, and helpful as my wife and I decided upon which vehicle to purchase. When we went in to get the paperwork started the building was very open, welcoming, and clean. The people were very friendly and willing to work out a price that we could afford. My wife and I are very happy with the vehicle we chose and neither of us experienced Buyer's Remorse! We will definitely refer our friends to Cronic Chevrolet. Kevin Barnes More

Why have I given the rating that I have??????? If you will let me share some "family history" with you first, then will you be able to see exactly why both my wife and I have nothing but positive things will let me share some "family history" with you first, then will you be able to see exactly why both my wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. Both my wife and I are "GM brats." My father worked for and retired from GM. Both of my wife's parents worked for Pontiac Motor in Pontiac, Michigan and also retired from there. It seemed to me as a kid that every couple of years we would visit a dealership and pick up a new vehicle. Some of those visits were great and others were horrific. I could tell you the name of a dealership and the city where it was that treated my mother with absolutely no respect whatsoever as we took a bus to pick up our car while my father was working. My mother did not drive so I had to go with her to get the car following some minor repairs to the vehicle. I had never called my father at work before in my entire life. But the disrespect shown to my mother that day compelled me to find a payphone and ring my father. After explaining to him what was going on he assured me that it would be taken care of. Now.....even as a sixteen year old kid I had no idea where my dad was on the totem-pole of General Motors, but I found out that day that he must be doing quite well to have the influence that changed this dealerships attitude immediately toward my mother and I. Someone entered the waiting room and called out my mothers name. Profuse apologies spilled from the lips of this guy toward my stunned mother and myself. All of the sudden she had become the Queen of England and I her son of direct royalty! Whatever she wanted was hers.....and she was told that she now had become their number one priority that morning. It went so far as to them calling me, a sixteen year old kid, "Sir." We went from being treated as "homeless" to living in a penthouse somewhere under the roof of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. So why my praise and gratitude to the Cronic family??? My first phone call to Greg and our conversation that night made me feel as if I were direct royalty. His eagerness to "make me happy," (his favorite phrase) was evident from the very beginning through the night we drove off in our new Buick LaCrosse. Everyone, and I mean everyone employed there, well.....they all were kind, sweet, hospitable, and treated me as kin from start to finish. The very night we came to sign all of the paperwork my wife was sick with the flu. Everyone expressed their sympathy for her, constantly asking if she would like something to drink, if she was comfortable sitting in her chair, and sharing genuine concern for her well-being. It was amazing! It was a totally satisfying experience! All who work under the name "Cronic" should be recognized for their extraordinary and outstanding customer service. This is truly the place to purchase a new vehicle from General Motors. Sincerely, Tom and Debby Ballew More

I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Impala from Chronic Chevrolet in February 2012. I am a 67 year old man and have been a Chevy driver all of my life. Over the years, I have purchased more than 20 new Chevrolet v in February 2012. I am a 67 year old man and have been a Chevy driver all of my life. Over the years, I have purchased more than 20 new Chevrolet vehicles. My wife owns a 2006 Impala, which, is immaculate. I also own a 2003 Silverado extended cab and a 2005 Silverado short wheel base. Within weeks of purchase, my 2012 impala’s engine was replaced at only 1600 miles. Immediately after purchase, the engine began making a “knocking noise”, which worsened with acceleration, but was present all the time. When I initially took the vehicle in for service, it was determined the noise was coming from lack of “spacers” between the engine and engine mount. They installed spacers, yet this did not correct the problem. Back in the service department shortly after and it was thought the noise was coming from the exhaust manifold. This was replaced and again, to no avail. The vehicle was in for service 3-4 times before the engine was replaced at ONLY 1600 miles. And now, for the past several months, my Impala has again frequented Chronic’s service department. The air conditioner vent has a horrible mildew, mold smell which makes it impossible to drive. I have taken it in several times – still has a horrible smell. The service department used a spray in the vents and while it helps somewhat, eventually the smell comes back full force. I was even told by one of the service department employees to use a household air freshener and spray it into the vents myself instead of bringing it into the service department. At this point, I have no choice but to park the car and not drive it. I am 67 years old, with heart disease and asthma. Driving this Impala aggravates my asthma and causes me to be physically ill for days after driving it. Just can’t drive it. I have relayed this information to the service writers and service manager at Chronic Chevrolet. Still not fixed. Not sure why the General Manager or Owner wouldn’t contact me to help. At this point, I am frustrated, angered, and disappointed. I have a brand new, $26k car that I am unable to drive, a Chevrolet dealer that cannot or does not want to help, and for the first time in my life considering a Ford. More
