After a weekend of horror, I needed a break. You name it and it happen that weekend. My brakes went out on me while I was driving, I found out my brake line rusted (northern country snow) my vehicle was tow and it happen that weekend. My brakes went out on me while I was driving, I found out my brake line rusted (northern country snow) my vehicle was towed TWICE ooo, and on top of that I was stuck with the decision of whether or not to pay $2,000 (not including towing fees) or trade my Ford Expedition in towards a new purchase. To make a long story short, I visited a well known dealership only to be faced with relaxed service and a limited selection of vehicles to choose from. I took my chances with Cronic Automotive Group in Griffin Georgia and boy am I glad I did. My experience with Cronic Automotive Group was AWESOME and Kimberly Garcia my seller was GREAT!!! She and the staff made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. I've been recommending this dealership to ALL my friend. More

My fiance and I came in on a Wednesday night near closing to just look around for possible vehicles for my son who is in the military. Mr. Bobby Bridges, used care manager, was closing up for the night. He s to just look around for possible vehicles for my son who is in the military. He saw us walking around the lot and he brought us inside after my fiance stated that the Pontiac G6 that we were looking at looked like a nice, reliable car for my son to drive back and forth to Hinesville, Ga. Mr. Bridges brought us in and gave us the keys to test drive it. He said that he would wait, and that was very commendable of him, because it was late. We came back from the test drive and we gave him some information. We told him that my son would not be able to be here before Saturday because he is on active duty in the army. He said he would put the car to the side and would not allow anyone to sell it before we got back. He even gave me his personal cell number. On Saturday morning, Mr. Bridges called me to make sure that we were still coming. My son and fiance were already on their way. The deal was closed in about four hours, but I will never forget the kindness, the courtesy, and the professionalism of Mr. Bobby Bridges. The entire staff was great, but the kindness of Mr. Bridges from the initial test drive to the closing of the deal was probably the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. More

I purchased a Buick Century from Cronic in 1999; they serviced it until I moved to Michigan in 2006. Even when I was on the road (out of state) and needed service advice, I could always count on their s serviced it until I moved to Michigan in 2006. Even when I was on the road (out of state) and needed service advice, I could always count on their service department for assistance. When I was ready/able to buy a new vehicle, I flew to Griffin and Cronic to buy that vehicle, this time a Chevrolet Equinox. My only regret is that I now live in another state and cannot avail myself of their excellent and exceptional service. However, when I have occasion to fly to Georgia and visit friends in Griffin, the dealership provides me with a loaner car at no charge. I could not ask for friendlier or more considerate service. Cannot tell you what a great experience it was working with John Betts! I always went to the other Chevy dealership and just happened to stop in to just look at the new and used trucks. I felt that he t with John Betts! I always went to the other Chevy dealership and just happened to stop in to just look at the new and used trucks. I felt that he treated me like he would want another dealership to treat his wife. He did everything in his power to make me happy with my 2013 2500 HD. I am a happy customer and look forward to using there service dept for oil changes and other. I would recommend Cronic and John to anyone who is looking for an honest and family oriented business. I returned to Cronic a few days ago after being turned down for a new car due to my credit problems due to a foreclosure on my home of 20 yrs. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Mrs. Garcia and I down for a new car due to my credit problems due to a foreclosure on my home of 20 yrs. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Mrs. Garcia and I don't know if I was more excited or she was more excited for me. She spent many hrs. with me even after she was due to go home. In all my experiences of buying vehicles I have never been treated so good by anyone or any dealership. If I included all my experiences, such as, Car Max, Bellamy Strickland Ford, or Landmark Dodge, none of them come close to the great experience Mrs. Garcia gave me. She pulled for me harder than I pulled for me and went way beyond what I felt she should have to insure that I was a satisfied customer and happy with my purchase that I did get!!!!! Kimberly Garcia is one of the best sales person I have ever encountered and will gladly return in the future for other purchases. By the time I left with my new Malibu she had taught me to operate that car from front to back, inside and out. There were a lot of features on this car that I was not use to and she spent a while with me and made sure I understood each and every operation of all buttons. I was shown the trunk inside and out, the engine, everything and was so happy when I drove off in my new car. I didn't just get a new car I got a new friend. Thank you so much Kimberly for all your hard work and the extra time and effort you put into helping me. I will be back to see you when in need of a new ride. Also I'd like to say thank you to Mr. Betts for his hard work and time in finding a bank that would finance me and not giving up until he did. You guys were a great team and I am a very happy lady. From the time I walked on the lot I was greeted with sincere warmth. Sam was supportive, informative, pleasant but never pushy. After the purchase of the vehicle he patiently walked me through the use of the features and activation of my onstar. John was friendly and made me feel as if we had known each other for ages. He searched for and found the most discounts available and was able to achieve the payment/interest amount I asked for. Overall the experience was the made extremely easy and low pressure. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in the past and never had such an easy, friendly, no pressure experience. More

This was a pleasant experience because the dealership had not only multiple options of the particular vehicle we were looking for by multiple options of similar vehicles in its class. We ended up purchasing not only multiple options of the particular vehicle we were looking for by multiple options of similar vehicles in its class. We ended up purchasing a GMC when we were looking at Chevrolet. Colby was very informative, patient, and helpful as my wife and I decided upon which vehicle to purchase. When we went in to get the paperwork started the building was very open, welcoming, and clean. The people were very friendly and willing to work out a price that we could afford.
