Great service, great salesperson. I was kinda skeptical when I first arrived, but after arriving to the dealership no overwhelming amount of sales personnel swarming your vehicle. One guy welcomed you and asked who you were looking for. Sam Miller is a great individual to work with. He lets you talk and explain exactly what you are looking for. Terrible service agent who thinks women are idiots. My engine had to be replaced because the pretended to change my oil. Had in computer that my last oil change was 6 months ago when it was really 3mont My engine had to be replaced because the pretended to change my oil. Had in computer that my last oil change was 6 months ago when it was really 3months ago. So what did they do with the money? GM assisted me with the cost of my engine. Picked my car up after nearly $9000.oo engine replacement. The very same night my check engine light came on. Now they tell me that my vehicle needs both catylic converters with the price of just the parts being over $1200.oo/NOT INCLUDING LABOR. Julian thinks women are stupid and they know nothing about cars and they try to take advantage of women. Mr Charles was helpful from the beginning but he knows that the diagnostics weren't done as GM instructed before they replaced my engine or they would have known that the catylic converters needed to be replaced. They're just tryin to recoup some of the money that GM paid to assist me. I will never,ever use Cronic Chevrolet in Griffin GA again!!! More

I have to say that they made good on a bad situation and turned me around. I want to thank them for doing what needed to be done and taking that extra step to do the right thing. I will continue to buy from Chronic because they do what they say there going to do. I am a happy consumer and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car or truck. Great Customer care service We were on vacation and heading to Florida and our ABS brakes went out, I looked on my GPS and this dealership came up as the closest to us. It was on a Saturday around 1130 and they asked how soon we could get there and got is in right away. They offered us refreshment/ lunch and got us back on the road in no time. Service at my convenience I bought a new 2016 Enclave and had some vibration in the steering wheel after two weeks of ownership. I was starting a new year in teaching and just I bought a new 2016 Enclave and had some vibration in the steering wheel after two weeks of ownership. I was starting a new year in teaching and just could not take off to get the problem addressed during business hours. Cronic Buick sent a driver to pick up the car and take it to their location, and they had it back to me by the agreed upon time same day. They rotated and balanced the tires, and now vibration is gone. They also "reflashed" the Intellilink that formerly did not recognize my phone, and now I can use the Bluetooth. This is an example of excellent customer service. More

Above and beyond I took my car in for a recall repair. They went above and beyond and fixed my broken key fob and put a battery in it.
