Easy, Kind, and wonderful service! I came in almost 2 weeks ago to look at their used inventory. I was looking at cars, and was greeted by a kind Sales Assistant, ConNeilous. He asked m I came in almost 2 weeks ago to look at their used inventory. I was looking at cars, and was greeted by a kind Sales Assistant, ConNeilous. He asked me if I needed help and I said I was looking at a new Mercedes they had on the lot. He went straight inside and got me keys and allowed me to get to know the car and take my time with it. He offered me a test drive that I took, and it drove fantastic. He then let me take a few pictures of the vehicle and take my time with it once again. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel stressed, and I didn't feel pressured (Like some dealerships will make us feel.), and it was a great experience. I was asked for my contact information, which I proudly gave, and I was on my way to make the decision if I wanted to purchase or not. It's been nearly 2 weeks, my email hasn't been blown up, and they are really leaving the decision to me and that's they way all dealerships should treat their clients!!! Let them walk away, and comeback when the time is right for them. That's the way car buying should always be. I definitely recommend Cronic Chevrolet for great service. And when you get there, ask for ConNeilous! He's a wonderful Sales Assistant! I am in shock! Puzzled but all will work out in the end. I have purchased many cars from the Chronic dealerships in the griffin area. On most occasions everything went smoothly, there were some ups and downs but it always worked out so I continued to do business with them. I am pleased to say that once again the dealership is doing there very best to make me happy in a situation that almost got out of hand, but with the help of management I think that a situation will be resolved and I will continue to do business as well as send business there way.
