Super easy to deal with I called and scheduled and appointment. I had an alert come up for "adaptive headlight malfunction". Dealer does not stock a variety of parts. You have to come back in several days post diagnosis for another visit. TIME consuming!!!!! Service personnel GREAT!! More
Started out not so good but ended up good Vehicle was in the shop three weeks before they looked at the issue. Once the did they diagnosed when issue and repaired but did not fix issue brough Vehicle was in the shop three weeks before they looked at the issue. Once the did they diagnosed when issue and repaired but did not fix issue brought in for. Ultimately after a few more days they determined what they believed to be the real issue and repaired that and seems to have resolved the issue. They did work it out so that I did not have to pay for both repairs and met in the middle. My vehicle was bought at Critz and has never been anywhere else for service in almost 20 years. I will continue to take it there in the future since they do a very good job More

2010 GL 450 Service This was the fourth time I have had this vehicle in for issues with the ABS system. All four wheel sensors have now been replaced, two of them twice. This was the fourth time I have had this vehicle in for issues with the ABS system. All four wheel sensors have now been replaced, two of them twice. The vehicle is out of warranty so I had to pay over $1,100 dollars for an issue that should have never occurred. This vehicle only has less than 25,000 miles on it. Tiffany Small always provides excellent service. As a long-time Mercedes Benz owner (twelve Mercedes over the past thirty years), I was disappointed when I received this email asking for a rating on my service experience. They are extremely busy and sometimes I can't get it in when I need to, but they always do a good job, from the repair/work to calling me with updates. The bill is always what we discussed. The shuttle drivers give me a ride back and forth to work and they do an awesome job. More
